    Slow Rescue on Apple Music

Slow Rescue is also live on Apple Music.

This album is a collection of electronic tracks that blend experimental and acid house elements. It features intricate arpeggiated synths and rich layers, creating a sound that’s hard to pin down to a single genre. You’ll find touches of industrial influence, a bold use of distortion, high energy, and a subtle hint of psychedelia throughout.

    Conspiracies on Apple Music

Some people don’t use Spotify. I get that. I don’t actually use it myself. I have a family subscription to Apple Music, so I use that because it’s, well, cost-effective.

Anyway, this was a bit of a test. I wanted to make sure I could post Apple Music embeds here and have them show up.

You can listen now. The lyrics should show up in a few days. I’m not really sure why it’s tagged as explicit. Maybe it’s too taboo of a topic. Or maybe I’m not sure what words are bad and which ones aren’t.

I already posted the lyric video already, but here it is again, just in case you missed it.

New album on Spotify: Slow Rescue

This is a whole album I made of electronic music that is sort of like… experimental house? I don’t know. But lots of arpeggiated synths, and layers. Nailing it down to a genre is tough. There are hints of industrial. A fair amount of distortion. Energetic.

It was originally released under the name Rhinoceroses, but I decided to rebrand everything as D.F.K. Bananas, anything that I want to let people use for streams. Of course, general listening is always encouraged.

I added this one to the playlist of all electronic / synth music, too.

Conspiracies (Rock Version) is out on Spotify!

That’s right, the song you may have heard on OurFadedGlory streams or somewhere else is now available on Spotify and other streaming platforms.

Or let’s be realistic, you probably haven’t heard it, and you probably haven’t seen the lyric video either, so I’ll post that as well.

Also, I’m experimenting with blogging from WordPress to Hive. I have a website to post Spotify playlists and more, and I want to see if I can integrate Hive into the blog posts and comments.

  • Transform into a Beaver!

    Transform into a Beaver!

What kind of stupid question is that? Of course you do!

It’s a lyric video as well. These take a bit of time to make, and this song took a little longer than the average one does.

The song is a little psychedelic, motorik drums, spacey. Space rock, I suppose? I was going for something similar to Hawkwind.

A torch song about maintenance mode in Splinterlands

Now you don’t have to be sad alone when you’re looking at the maintenance screen.

The album cover has a funny glitch in it that makes it obvious that it’s AI. I actually like stuff like that. Do you see it?

It has synced lyrics, too. So they show up on the screen highlighted as the line is being sung. Fancy stuff, eh?
